Function Scheduling:
Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am- 11:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 11:00pm
(extra hour(s): $150)
Sunday: Any five hour time frame including ceremonies held at Alpine
Midday Functions: please inquire about house policies

 Hall Capacities & Room Rentals:
American or Heritage Room: $300 Room Rental; Holds 130-320 guests
Whole Main Hall: $500 Room Rental; Holds 300-750+ guests
Skylight Room: $300 Room Rental; Holds 90-130 guests
Minimums may vary based on season, availability and short notice events
Pavilion: $450 Room Rental; Holds 75-120 guests (Depending on the type of function.)
Grounds: Holds 2,000 guests
Reservations & Deposits:
A deposit of $1000 is required to hold your requested date. A $1,000 deposit is required six months prior to the function. All additional payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. A $125 deposit is required to secure Alpine's Disk Jockey Service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Certain non-wedding events may require a Police detail.

Wedding Ceremonies:
Ceremony Fee - $400 (includes a rehearsal)

Outside Chair Rental - $3.50 each ( first 12 at no charge)

*No carry in chairs permitted. Due to space constraints during indoor ceremonies, the number of chairs placed on the dance floor is limited to 12. In the event of rain, there will be not  be a refund given for chair rentals.

Final Arrangements 
Alpine Grove is happy to supply your tablecloths, napkins, champagne, or wine glasses, china, (BBQ menus are served on disposable service ware unless upgraded.) and Wedding Consultations at no charge. 
Custom package plans may include: Disk Jockeys, Cakes, Invitations, Florists, and Limousines.
*Menu  & Linen selections should be submitted at least two months prior to your event. You may make an appointment to sit with one of us, call or email us with your selections.

* Please call or email us fifteen days prior with your final guest count and seating plan. Final guarantees are not subject to reduction. 
At this time, we can set up your final detail appointment and rehearsal if applicable. At the final detail appointment please bring to us, all your personal accessories that our staff will set up for you for your special day. Final payment is also due at this time. Final payment should be in the form of cash or a cashier's check, personal checks are not accepted after 10 days prior. We will also, go over everything one more time to ensure everything is perfect!
 The Alpine Grove reserves the right to adjust the time of service in the event of your late arrival.

Carry on or off alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any carry on alcohol found on a person will be confiscated. Alcohol may only be consumed inside our halls or in designated areas. Anyone found to be consuming alcohol in a non-designated area may be given one warning after that they will be asked to leave the premises. 
 The staff at Alpine Grove recognizes our social responsibility and reserves the right to limit the consumption of all alcoholic beverages.
