Hall Capacities & Room Rentals:
Americana or Heritage Room: Holds 130-320 guests, $300.00 and up
Whole Main Hall: Holds 300-750+ guests, $500.00 and up
Skylight Room: Holds 90-130 guests, $300.00 and up
Pavilion: Holds 75-120 guests (Depending on type of function.), $450.00 and up.
Grounds: Holds 2,000 guests
Minimums may vary based on season, availability and short notice events.
Reservations & Deposits:
Wedding Ceremonies: 450.00
A deposit of $1,000 is required to hold your requested date. A $1,000 deposit is required six months prior to the function. All additional payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. A $125 deposit is required to secure Alpine's Disk Jockey Service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Certain non-wedding events may require a Police detail.
Due to space constraints during indoor ceremonies, the number of chairs placed on the dance floor is limited to 12.
The Alpine Grove reserves the right to adjust the time of service in the event of your late arrival.
Carry on alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any carry on alcohol found on a person will be confiscated and that person will be asked to leave immediately. Alcohol may only be consumed inside our halls or in designated areas.
The staff at Alpine Grove recognizes our social responsibility and reserves the right to limit the consumption of all alcoholic beverages.
